Primed as a celebration of Singapore’s eternal tropicana, 1-Group’s Summertime Madness campaign is back to elevate summer holidays without going away. Unfurling across 1 June to 31 July, expect a slew of experiences and summer-themed highlights across their 12 concepts including:

ABOUT 1-GROUP’S SUMMERTIME MADNESS
Aptly dubbed as a reflection of Singapore’s perennial sunshine, “Summertime Madness” is 1-Group’s annual mid-year campaign, conceived to elevate experiences and at the same time, remind audiences about the possibilities at their iconic venues. Themed “The Summer State” to set the tone of this year’s happenings, the folks at 1-Group are pulling out all the stops with activations that include pool parties (1-Altitude Coast), club nights (Yang Club), assembled picnic sets (Bee’s Knees), Gin explorations (1-Arden) and a slew of feasts and brunches at participating outlets.
SUMMERTIME MADNESS PARTIES
1/ WEEKENDS AT 1-ALTITUDE COAST
Perched atop the rooftop of The Outpost Hotel in Sentosa, the weekends at 1-Altitude Coast is always buzzy with sundown pool parties where attendees can soak up the sun, cool off in the infinity pool and dance to their heart’s content.
Across the months of June and July, the decks will see a rotation of DJ collectives dishing out R&B, Hip Hop and Reggaeton tracks as the sun goes down till late. Those in need of food and booze can fuel up with the following:
Seafood Platter (S$60++) for wood-fired Red Sea prawns, Gilmar octopus, Norwegian salmon, grilled asparagus broccolini, and fennel with chimichurri and béarnaise
Grilled Surf & Turf Platter (S$98++) with BBQ Pork Ribs, Sirloin Steak, Crispy Soft-Shell Crab, Gratinated Red Sea Prawns with Cured Fish Roe and more
Shot trays of 12 (S$70++) of either Sex on the Beach, Pornstar or Tequila Sunrise
Campaign cocktails including White Summer (S$18++) with vodka, elderflower liqueur, lychee, mirin and lemon topped with cream cheese and the Chandon Garden Spritz (S$18++/80++) with options of adding a fruity popsicle (S$22++) to beat the heat.
2/ The Summer Weekender at Yin Bar & Yang Club (30 June & 1 July)
Positioned as the laidback pre-party, partygoers can let loose at Yin Bar after 6PM for live music chase highs with the Chandon Garden Spritz Station. To rev up the fun, groups of 3 can put together a DIY “Yang Gui Fei” Summer Punch Bowls (S$58++, S$16++ by the glass) or shell out for exclusive summer drink packages (from S$400++).
From 10PM onwards, revellers can live it up with Hip Hop and R&B legends DJ Luqman, Shai and Gainzter (Friday) and the internationally renowned guest DJ Duo Kevu for electronic summer tunes (Saturday). Decked with floral decorations and summer floaties to bring out summer vibes, attendees can make merry with Summer Slammin’ shooters (12 for S$88++), premium drink packages (from S$500++), and another Chandon Spritz Station to keep the fun flowing.
Best-dressed partiers also stand a chance to win attractive prizes from Möet Hennessy Diageo, as well as plenty of photo opportunities to capture the electrifying night.
DRINK-AND DINE EVENTS
1/ Summer Grill-Out x Botanist at Alkaff Mansion (1 July)
Kick back and relax at The Alkaff Mansion’s courtyard BBQ, surrounded by captivating live music and a mouthwatering spread of flame-roasted meats, satay, kebabs and seafood. If a Botanist Gin Cart whipping up delicious G&Ts and Grill-Out exclusive cocktails isn’t enough booze, diners can also level up with free-flow Summer Sangria + Botanist Gin and Tonic (S$58++ per).
2/ Malfy Gin Masterclass at 1-Atico (1 July)
Held from 5pm onwards following the brunch affair of Argentinian and Japanese-Peruvian fare from FIRE and FLNT, diners can look forward to a session exploring 4 iconic Malfy Gin flavours. Under the guidance of Malfy Gin ambassadors, gin lovers will get to experiment with an array of fresh fruits and herbs at a dedicated station to assemble their own Gin & Tonic and Clover Club cocktail.
3/ Scent Workshop X Asian Brunch Fare at Botanico (9 July)
Priced at S$98++ per person, the one-day-only Mid-Summertime Madness Brunch entitles attendees to a 3 course set meal that concludes with an hour-long scent workshop by Scent By Six with experts present to guide them through concocting scents that express themselves with an add-on personalised experience of a Roku Gin DIY Cocktail Bar where attendees can assemble a custom gin-based cocktail.
4/ Summer Aperitivo Night at Monti (21 July)
Keeping the affair true to both MONTI’s cuisine and Aperol’s Italian origins, diners can look forward to schmoozing over Cicchetti Platters consisting of a chef’s selection of cold cuts, a Marinated Norwegian Salmon Bruchettine with tangy tomato, Parmesan and Burrata dressed lavishly with caviar oil and satiating truffle fries - complementary through an all-inclusive, free-flow package at $78++ per person.
PICNIC BUZZKETS FOR FAMILY, DATES OR DOGGO TIME
Intended as a unique date or fun-filled family bonding activity, Bee’s Knees is offering ready-to-set-up kits with everything needed for a perfect picnic. Each ‘buzzket’ comes with its own reusable mat, cushions, battery-operated candles, and delicious meals for 2 or 4, with the option to add-on individual picnic boxes for the kids.
For extra buzz, opt for a Chandon Garden Spritz add-on at S$16 nett (1 glass), S$25 nett (2 glasses), or S$58++ (bottle). Alternatively, top S$28 (2 pax) or S$20 (4 pax) to get a Dog-friendly Picnic Buzzket that includes dog toys, a dog bowl, treats and a bandana.

To conjure the feeling of soaking up vibes in Greece, the team at Zorba have come up with a “Feast of Therosia” for communal set menu perfect for group gatherings. Teeming with classic Grecian dishes like Smyrna Meatballs ‘Soutzoukakia Smirneika’, Grilled Cheese Salad and Baklava best shared with the company of cherished ones (S$88++ per pax, min 5 pax), patrons can pair their meal with an Olympus Elixir DIY Sangria Bowl made with a house-special Greek wine.
2/ Bottomless Chandon Spritz Brunch at Sol & Luna, 1-Arden
